Format

Online
Participants will work on expanding their strategy and Business Model Canvas based on Level 1, with tasks to clarify customer, stakeholder, and economic aspects between sessions. By the end, participants will have a comprehensive market fit overview and revenue and cost projections.

Rune Rex, from the Danish Technological Institute, specializes in services and products for the social and health sector, including medical packaging. With over 5 years of experience in life sciences and more than 10 years in business development, his skills include ideation, prototyping, industrial design, startups, customer development, innovation, user experience, business model design, value proposition design, and 3D printing. 

Prerequisites for Joining

Only for startups enrolled in Life Science Academy for Startups.

Participants should have completed the Strategy & Business Model Level 1 Training Camp or possess equivalent competence, including a developed initial strategy and Business Model Canvas for their life science product/service.
